Eikasia invites us on a visual journey where the boundaries of imagination merge with the contours of reality. Named after a term from Plato's philosophy of imagery, this work embodies a pursuit of abstraction, where landscapes are transformed into canvases of pure emotion. It features a deliberate method of deconstructing the world's landscapes, leading to a contemplative aesthetic. These images challenge traditional perceptions of space and dimension, encouraging viewers to deeply reflect on the subtleties of reality. 'Eikasia' eloquently explores the photographic art's capacity to transcend mere appearances, reaching into the very essence of how we perceive the world.
